Birds in a Swirl quilt won first place at the Dallas Quilt Celebration 2002.
Also, won first place at Arlington Quilt Show 2002 and won a ribbon for the
machine quilting by Kathy Olson. Quilt is made from one of my Bright Swirl
Panels and the birds is a pattern by Caryl Bryer Fallert, Migrating Birds.
I designed the paper pieced border after learning how to do them from another
one of Caryl's patterns, Flying Geese in a Curve. 60 X 60

Caryl Bryer Fallert and Fossil Fern fabric for borders. Kathy Olson did the
great quilting on this quilt. 37 X 52

Shadow Cabins quilt - Made from Black/White Gelato #904 and Gelato Violet.
Pattern is by H.D. Designs and measures approximately 76 X 97. I pieced and
quilted it.

Dancing Tree - Pattern by Caryl Bryer Fallert. Pattern takes only one fat quarter of shibori
dyed fabric and a commercial black fabric that makes the tree and border in one
piece.
The one on the right is made with Caryl's Splash fabric and
black sateen with crystals added for the sparkle.

collection by Caryl and the dancers are made with ultra suede. Quilted in
